  One person working during the Christmas rush yet there was no wait. Very knowledgeable and very fast on a keyboard. I watched him pack a snow globe with enough bubble wrap to bounce it off the floor in under a minute. Top notch. Will use again.

  I have been using the Whitehall UPS Store for a very long time, and I believe I will continue to do so for a long time to come. As anyone who ships items with any regularity knows, shipping can be a real pain. I like that I can call Garret at anytime with questions on packaging and delivery issues, and he is always friendly, helpful, and great with solutions to potential problems. I think personalized service is lacking in a lot of business today, and because of that, having someone that takes the time to get to know you and your needs is invaluable. Keep up the great work!
